Got some candy and postcards here-no craziness and there is a self checkout option which should help with some of the concerns from other peoples reviews.

From the Hudson News family of stores, it's very convenient to have it so close to gates N1 and N2. I also appreciate that self-checkout kiosks are now available, to quickly pay for a snack instead of waiting behind 4 people in a line. ;)

I bought a 5 dollar smart water here (yes, pricy, but not unexpected for an airport) but on my way out as I tried to put it in my backpack, I dropped it and the base of the water bottle broke and spilled. An employee saw this happen and immediately told me to grab a new water, at no charge, and was very kind to me. I don't usually leave reviews for things but I appreciate that employee and their kindness in a time I was stressed and running behind.

After my flight getting delayed multiple times and cancelling, My baggage broke and I had no place to go. One of my wheels split into 2! I was so close to breaking down when I walked into the store, and a kind gentleman, Mr. Param, helped me like an angel in disguise. So grateful for his thoughtfulness to offer me various options. He also gave me space to move my clothes from one beach to another. He kept checking on me when he saw how flustered I was. Made sure I was well taken care of! In the end, he even showed me how to trash my broken luggage. I can’t stop talking highly about this kind, generous gentleman! Thank you Mr. Param for being there for me at the time of need! 🙏

The store is located in the N gate and features a great mix of delicious food and Seattle-inspired clothing. It’s reasonably priced and much less crowded than most other boutiques.
